Anastasija Komkova and Thomas Fast from ApHER conducted analyses in a research project examining the healthcare resource utilization and medication burden in epilepsy patients before and after initiating the antiepileptic drug perampanel. Presenting work and receiving feedback is a rewarding part in our scientific work. Thomas Fast presented our Narcolepsy project at the 6th Nordic Narcolepsy Symposium in Uppsala and the project can now move forward with the aim of publishing the results in a scientific journal. Six out of ten of the sclerosis patients who are not in disease-modifying treatment do not attend annual follow-ups.
